Behind the Wall
Few human beings have set foot on the surface of Carrado. Home to a primitive race of sentient beings, it’s been designated a Federal Conservancy; off-limits to all but the handful of scientists who are part of CaSM, the Carrado Scientific Mission, and most of them will only ever see the planet from orbit, onboard the orbital research stations. Yet even academics have to answer to the donors and funders who support their work, and so an unprecedented opportunity to film aboard CaSM One is offered; a chance for the Mission to showcase the potential scientific advances being made.
Zia Chaikel and her TV crew aren’t thrilled about the job, but work is work and if anyone can find an angle, it’s Zia. It’s not long before the invitation to visit the orbital space station extends to a surface visit, and then out to one of the field operations. But the jungles of Carrado hold many dangers and the further Zia and her team travel into the unknown, the more exposed they become, until it becomes clear that not everyone who enters the jungle will make it out…

From Within, A Darkness
A mining operation deep in space. A crew of five, a security team of four. It’s drudge work; routine, repetitive. Until it isn’t.
For some of the crew, there comes a growing sensation that they’re not alone on the asteroid. Something is out there, waiting to be found, in the darkness. But does the biggest threat come from outside? Or from within?
In the meantime, an ailing ship limps toward them, its own crew oblivious to the horror that awaits them. They come seeking help, but who are the rescuers and who, if anyone, will be the rescued?

The Roo Raka Trilogy
Relive the entire Roo Raka Trilogy in one collected edition. From Forcek to Tethree, the crew of the Lady Julian face danger and death at every turn as they fight to prevent a mysterious entity from taking control of mankind’s destiny, and come to learn that to win freedom for others, you sometimes have to sacrifice yourself…

The Forcek Assignment
Book 1 of the Roo Raka Trilogy
A quiet life on the fringes of society is all Roo Raka wants. Regular work, enough to keep his crew happy, and if it strays into grey areas of legality then, well, a little bending of the law never hurt anyone. Not anyone who didn’t deserve it, at least.
There’s always a bigger picture to consider though, and after he runs into trouble on what should have been a routine cargo pick-up, Roo Raka finds himself drawn into a web of conspiracy, a plot that’s aimed at the heart of Galactic government. As those in power tighten their grip, and law enforcement cracks down on an increasingly unhappy populace, plans are drawn up and there’s a decision to be made. Can Roo Raka stand by and ignore everything he sees around him? Is it really nothing to do with him? Or does there come a time when a good man no longer has the luxury of doing nothing?
“A faultless and highly enjoyable debut for Adams.” Cheeky Monkey
“Rogue Trader action at it’s best.” ***** Amazon Review

The Jollet Procedure
Book 2 of the Roo Raka Trilogy
After the events of The Forcek Assignment, Poonsar is left devastated by the fate of his captain, Roo Raka, and retreats to his homeworld under a dark cloud of depression. Bo Dans and the rest of the crew of the Lady Julian meanwhile go in search of a new strategy to combat the Memm. Does the answer lie outside the Federation with a rogue scientist? How will they extract this scientist from the clutches of the Committee? And will Poonsar be able to fight through his mental anguish and rejoin them in their mission?

The Last Sanctuary
Book 3 of the Roo Raka Trilogy
Roo Raka’s body lies dead, his consciousness downloaded into a hard drive through a revolutionary and dangerous procedure. Though with no way of reuniting his body and his mind, and the Galactic government set on retrieving the mysterious entity known as the Memm, the crew of the Lady Julian are fast running out of options.
With the clock ticking, an unlikely connection offers them sanctuary but with the net tightening, their safety is far from guaranteed. And just as it feels as if there’s nowhere left to run, something stirs in the darkness…
